The historical and breathtaking island of Spetses in Greece was chosen for the wedding of Victor and Emilia, a Cyprus couple. In the end, we were all confident that they couldn’t have chosen a better destination.
The 3-day wedding was organised by the experienced Stella and Mocha wedding planners. It began with a welcome pre-party at an 18th century Spetsan villa. This party would only be the prelude of the festivities set to happen in the following days.
The ceremony itself took place at Agios Nikolaos church. There were musicians with violins outside the church, entertaining people until the arrival of the bride. Finally, a traditional horse carriage brought her to the church accompanied by her father. Victor was there, waiting impatiently. He and his groomsmen wore posh suits with light blue ties, while the bridesmaids chose an impressive deep blue dress for the occasion.
After being pronounced husband and wife, the newlyweds exited the church and followed us for a same-day photoshoot at the streets of Spetses. Meanwhile, the guests were heading to Kaiki beach bar, the venue where the reception party would be held. Furry lights and decorations with navy blue details hanged from the pergola and provided a relaxing atmosphere. After a full-course dinner, everybody went to the beach for an endless dance party until the early morning.
On the last day, the newlyweds tried to… cure the hangover of their guest by organizing a brunch as well as a movie night at Titania cinema for the young and the old. This relaxing moment was probably the ideal ending to this intense wedding experience.
